Production facilities

Our production capabilities enable us to manufacture most of the products designed in our company. The production facilities are also used for R&D experiments.

The production facilities comprise a laboratory/production building with the working area of 6000 sq.m; a machine-shop, a wood-working shop, workshops of the departments of the Chief Mechanical Engineer and Chief Power Engineer as well as smaller workshops of the research departments for small-lot production.

The laboratory/production building comprises foundry, thermal treatment shop, press and welding shop as well as laser cutting and machining shops.

The machining shop with the working area of 1500 sq.m serves the company needs for high precision mechanical operations.

The workshops of the research departments are used mainly for personal protection equipment production (body armor, helmets, X-ray protective garments, fireproof coatings etc.).

The laser cutting shop is used for cutting of different sheet materials, e.g. steel sheets with the thickness up to 7 mm.	Thermal treatment shop
