The helmets are made of a ballistic-fabric-based (TSVM, Kevlar
etc.) composite with a special film binder.
The production method enables production of helmets with any
desired shape and protection level:
- against standard fragments up to
V50=540-600 m/s;
- against bullets: Protection Level
I (GOST R 50744-95 Russian standard) or Protection
Level IIA (NIJ-STD-0106.01).
Weight: 0.9-1.6 kg.
The suspension system ensures shock protection up to 50 J.

TITANIUM AND ALUMINIUM HELMETS

For the Army, Police and special-purpose units
The outer shell is made by a unique method of deep drawing
from a one-piece sheet of high-strength armor titanium or
aluminium alloy. From inside the shell is reinforced by a
composite (fabric/polymer) liner which stops secondary fragments
and reduces behind-armor trauma. Available in several modifications
which differ by the protection level and components (visor,
neck-piece, headset assembly).
